Project Superglue is part of the National Family Council’s efforts to develop a Family First mindset among youths. It is a grant scheme that aims to encourage youths to propose and implement innovative ideas to promote family bonding and values in Singapore.
All youths, aged 13 to 31, are invited to submit proposals to get their peers to embrace families in creative ways. These can take different forms such as discussion forums, video clips, campaigns, events, websites or mobile applications. The proposed projects must be aligned to the objectives of Project Superglue, and are not-for-profit. All approved projects will receive a one-time funding of $10,000, or 70% of the total project budget (whichever is lower), to finance their start-up and operating costs.
Selected projects will be showcased at the pre-launch and/or launch event(s) of National Family Celebrations 2013 – an annual event to celebrate and reinforce the importance of the family.
